How Mueller Investigation was Bought for ¥130,000++

2018-10-14 Update: Added clarifications and remarks on the relationships of the Mueller’s law firm WilmerHale with the government of China are added near the end. Also, the words “expectation of future business with China” were changed to “expectation of future income contingent on approval of Chinese government” to better reflect the structure of his compensation in WilmerHale.

In March 2017, two months before his appointment as Special Counsel, Robert Mueller received $24,000 (~ ¥130,000) from a firm owned by a top official of the Chinese government and the Communist Party of China. Almost certainly, he had expectation of future income contingent on approval of Chinese government. In exchange, he accepted, articulated, and publicly committed himself to the DNC conspiracy theory that “Russia had hacked the democracy”. Russia has hacked neither democracy nor the Democrats (despite them being near opposites). The DNC had an incompetent information systems team and an unprotected network that could have been hacked by anybody. For eight months the DNC fought FBI attempts to help, while possibly being suspicious of the FBI because of Hillary’s bathroom server. Persons who published the DNC’s dirty laundry or gave it to WikiLeaks are likely not connected to Russia at all and might be Americans. We don’t know their names because the Democratic Party made up the narrative that Putin ordered the DNC hacking and leaking of documents to aid Trump. Obama administration sent the FBI, CIA, DHS, and ODNI to confirm this narrative, rather than to investigate who had accessed the DNC voter’s database, believed to contain very detailed personal profiles of almost all adult Americans. The conspiracy theory of a Trump-Russia collusion was built on top of this narrative.

The firm that paid Mueller his ¥130k is the International Data Group (IDG), a subsidiary of China Oceanwide Holdings Group. Continue reading How Mueller Investigation was Bought for ¥130,000++

Former Mueller’s Firm WilmerHale Works for China, too

Robert Mueller’s law firm WilmerHale has been working for China for long time. It has a large office in Bejing, the only WilmerHale office outside of the US and the EU. (https://archive.is/Wgabw, https://archive.is/2v8fG).

WilmerHale lobbied for China and legally represented China, but didn’t register as a foreign agent under FARA. WilmerHale achieved some of the most spectacular trade benefits for China (emphasis added):

With respect to China, our team includes the chief US architect and negotiator of China’s entry into the WTO and one of the leading regulatory lawyers in Beijing (and a member of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce—People’s Republic of China).

In advising on trade policy and trade negotiations, we have helped develop or shape key trade initiatives and legislation both in and outside government, including Congress’ landmark grant of Permanent Normal Trade Relations to China; negotiating priorities in the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade agreement negotiations; congressional implementation of various US free trade agreements; and trade-related provisions in internet, patent and drug importation legislation.  Continue reading Former Mueller’s Firm WilmerHale Works for China, too

Summary of the Brennan-Clapper Hoax

The so-called Intelligence Community Assessment published on January 6, 2017 has been refuted in all parts and in all aspects. It wasn’t what the MSM purported it to be:

  1. It was not an Intelligence Community Assessment, but a hatchet job by Brennan, Clapper, and a handful of their accomplices.
  2. It was not a consensus product of 17 intelligence agencies, but of a few individuals from the CIA, FBI, and NSA who were provided cherry-picked raw data. The most important data, such as firewall logs and forensic images of DNC computers from May 2016, was not even collected.
  3. Brennan and Clapper repeatedly lied about this process.

Russian Activities in 2016 Elections were anti-Trump

It’s almost funny that the so-called Intelligence Community Assessment (January 6, 2017,  Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections) claimed that the Russian interference had been against Hillary and in favor of Trump, although most of the evidence in it demonstrated the opposite. RT (Russia Today TV) and IRA (Internet Research Agency, a “troll farm” in Saint Petersburg) agitated in favor of Hillary and the policies of the Democratic Party, and against Trump and the policies of the Republican Party.

RT was anti-Trump in the 2016 elections (from The Nation)

The Nation is far from being pro-Trump. I think it might be called an Old New Left. This is what it says on the subject, with the links to the RT footage. The following are long quotes from The Nation.

RT America Was Not ‘Pro-Trump’

The problem with the claim that RT America is pro-Trump is that it is simply false. Many of the channel’s biggest names were either ardently anti-Trump or highly skeptical of what a Trump presidency might mean for America.  Continue reading Russian Activities in 2016 Elections were anti-Trump

Origin of Operation “Crossfire Hurricane”

2018-09-18. It’s possible that the DNC and/or Hillary campaign started preparing the “Russian collusion” story immediately after the initial attribution of the DNC network breach to Russia by CrowdStrike on May 6 (rather than on June 12, as assumed in the article.) That better explains the hiring of Christopher Steele in early June, the issuing of a visa to Natalia Veselnitskaya on June 1, the strange text of the email introducing Veselnitskaya to Trump Jr., and the meetings between Glenn Simpson of Fusion GPS with her immediately before and after her meeting with Trump Jr.  Continue reading Origin of Operation “Crossfire Hurricane”

Crimes of DNC Loyalists in DOJ and Intelligence

Even the New York Times admitted that Obama holdovers had committed crimes, probably including espionage, sedition, sabotage, obstruction of justice, and/or subornation of perjury in the transitional period. From the NYT March 1, 2017:

As Inauguration Day approached, Obama White House officials grew convinced that the intelligence was damning and that they needed to ensure that as many people as possible inside government could see it, even if people without security clearances could not. Some officials began asking specific questions at intelligence briefings, knowing the answers would be archived and could be easily unearthed by investigators — including the Senate Intelligence Committee, which in early January announced an inquiry into Russian efforts to influence the election.

At intelligence agencies, there was a push to process as much raw intelligence as possible into analyses, and to keep the reports at a relatively low classification level to ensure as wide a readership as possible across the government — and, in some cases, among European allies. Google Aided North Korean Military, Spurns Pentagon

Update. A Google team, working under SVP Urs Hölzle of WWF, refused to implement a feature improving Google Cloud security necessary to bid on military contracts (according to Bloomberg). Earlier, Google announced it would not work with the US military on Artificial Intelligence projects. But this feature is not related to AI. Thus, Google refuses to aid the US military at all. Meanwhile, Google services (including Google Maps and Google AI) are available to terrorist organizations and hostile armed forces worldwide. In 2013, Google’s Chairman Eric Schmidt visited North Korea where he aided the North Korean military.  Continue reading Google Aided North Korean Military, Spurns Pentagon

Yes, Clapper Admitted that the FBI was Spying on the Trump Campaign

Clapper wanted to say that the FBI was spying on the Trump campaign as a side effect of spying on “Russians.” In the last moment, he corrected himself and this is what came from his mouth: “[FBI] was not spying on the campaign but on what Russians were doing, and in the sense, unfortunately, [long stumble] what they were trying to do was to protect our political system…”

Taken literally, he said that it was unfortunate for the FBI to protect our political system. But in reality, he communicated that the FBI was spying on the Trump campaign, just as Trump says. Either way, Clapper admitted the guilt of the involved FBI officials.

Why has FBI Accepted DNC’s “Russian Hacking” Claims?

The conservative media keeps tripping itself over lies invented by the left-stream media. I cannot blame it.  People know the left-stream media lies, but still read it and take in much of what is written there.  This time, conservatives fell for the fake news that Guccifer 2.0 (who took credit for release of the damning internal DNC documents) revealed as a GRU officer.

On or around March 21, 2018, The Daily Beast, a leftist tabloid on the lower end of the spectrum, published an “exclusive”: “‘Lone DNC Hacker’ Guccifer 2.0 Slipped Up and Revealed He Was a Russian Intelligence Officer.”  Continue reading Why has FBI Accepted DNC’s “Russian Hacking” Claims?

End the Resistance of the Swamp (Endnotes)

My article Time to End the Resistance of the Swamp has been published in the American Thinker. The following are references and remarks to it. (updated on April 30, 2018)

A search warrant is a permission to conduct a search or seizure that would be otherwise illegal under the Fourth Amendment. This permission is given by a court to the executive branch, all power of which is vested in the president.  Neither search warrant nor other court order is a permission for federal agents to act against the will of the president.  Seizing president’s documents in order to harm the president is illegal.

In 2014, a bestselling conservative author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, whose “2016: Obama’s America” was the second-highest grossing political documentary of all time, was sentenced to eight months of prison (a “halfway house”), community service, psychological counseling (sic!), and 5 years of probation for not observing formalities when donating $10,000 to his friend’s Senate campaign (see the gloating press release.)  The prosecution was initiated by the FBI under James Comey and conducted by Obama’s inaugural donor and appointee Preet Bharara.  But the investigation that led to the prosecution might had been started by Robert Mueller, who was FBI Director from 2001 to September 2013, when James Comey replaced him. Bharara was the head of the same US Attorney office for Southern District of New York that ordered the illegal raid against the President’s private lawyer.  All familiar faces, aren’t they?  Jeff Sessions, Ted Cruz, and two other Republican Senators wrote a letter to Comey, questioning the FBI allegation that the investigation of Dinesh D’Souza was a result of a “routine review by the FBI of campaign filings.”  The letter went unanswered because the allegation was obviously false: a routine review is unlikely to yield only one suspect, and most election law violations are referred to the Federal Election Commission, not to federal prosecutors.  Continue reading End the Resistance of the Swamp (Endnotes)

Google Ads on a Terrorist and Violent Revolutionary Site

Google,

This is a notice that you provide ad revenue to an organization or group that seems to attempt a violent and armed overthrow of the government, and recruits, indoctrinates, and trains mentally ill persons to carry it out.  Similar activity might have been behind the murder attempt against Steve Scalise and other Republican Congressmen, committed by mentally ill James Hodgkinson in 2017. Aided by WaPo, China Interfered in the 2016 Elections Against Trump

In October 2015, DailyCaller published an article China, Russia Pay Washington Post To Publish Their Propaganda. The article said:

“Chinese and Russian propaganda supplements are regularly included in The Washington Post, but the widely read newspaper won’t say how much money it gets on the deals.

China Watch – a China Daily publication – and Russia Beyond The Headlines – a Rossiyskaya Gazeta publication – have both appeared in the Post for years as paid advertising supplements. Both foreign periodicals are owned and operated by their respective governments.”

The Russian propaganda supplement of the Washington Post, hosted at russianow.washingtonpost.com, disappeared in 2015 (according to the Web Archive; the Web Archive might be connected to Amazon.com; Amazon is co-owned and the Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos).  That means that the Russian government stopped paying the Washington Post long before the 2016 elections. But the Chinese government continued paying WaPo through the elections campaign and after it through the present day.  Continue reading Aided by WaPo, China Interfered in the 2016 Elections Against Trump

DNC is Involved in Possible Treason

The Netroots Nation, a radical leftist organization, held its annual conference “drawing thousands of attendees from around the country and beyond” on August 11-13, 2017 (1a). Despite (or because) its radicalism, the conference has been attended by very high level democrat politicians, including DNC Vice Chair Keith Ellison, former Vice President Al Gore, Senator Elizabeth Warren, and Washington State Attorney General Robert Ferguson.  During one of the sessions the conference organizers raised and set in motion a hidden army aiding an enemy that will attack this nation.  The session announcement says:

“THE PROGRESSIVE RESPONSE TO (PREDICTABLE) EMERGENCIES: NATIONAL SECURITY CRISES AND DOMESTIC CRACKDOWNS IN THE TIME OF TRUMP

Moments of crisis, such as extremist violence or an international crisis, create windows for seizing power, enacting racist repression of entire communities, restricting civil liberties, cracking down on domestic opposition and going to war. <H-word> used the Reichstag Fire; Putin used the 1999 apartment bombings; George W. Bush used 9/11. With Trump, Bannon and their allies in Congress, progressives must be prepared to fight back in the first hours and days of a national security crisis.” (1b) Continue reading DNC is Involved in Possible Treason

#JerryBrownForPrison: “we need to wash our brains out”

Jerry Brown fiddles while California burns.

Niagara Falls are partially frozen and half of the USA is covered in snow.

A coalition of UN agencies and foreign NGOs has been enticing officials of the U.S. municipalities and even states to collaborate with them directly, bypassing the federal government and breaking the laws.  The best known among such attempts is ICLEI  (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives).  Contrary to its name, it’s a centrally controlled foreign political entity.  It’s connected to the Climate Action Network (another foreign NGO) and the notorious Agenda 21.  Jerry Brown answered their siren song and went completely mad. Repeal of Fake Net Neutrality aka Obamanet

“Two and a half years ago, I said that net neutrality was ‘Obamacare for the Internet.’  At the time, the Obama administration, in its typically deceptive manner, had conflated net neutrality — a worthy idea, as originally defined, to protect an open internet — with reclassifying the internet as a public utility under Title II of the Communications Act of 1934, a burdensome, behemoth of a law that gives all sorts of authority to the government …” – Senator Ted Cruz, May 1, 2017

On December 14, the Federal Communications Commission chaired by courageous Ajit Pai voted to repeal another Obama legacy: the Orwellian-named “Open Internet Order” FCC-15-24, or Obamanet.  Contrary and opposite to the fake news media’s claims, the Obamanet order weakened or eliminated net neutrality, which had been established as FCC regulatory policy in 2005 by the Bush administration. Genocidal Ideas of the “Respectable” Left

Mark Bray, a visiting professor at Dartmouth (the Dartmouth Gender Research Institute), has been acknowledged by the “liberals” (who became the New New Left) as one of their own and a speaker for antifa.  Mark Bray and his book Antifa: The Antifascist Handbook have been embraced and promoted by Washington Post (1), NBC News (this article and on Meet the Press), and DemocracyNow! (3).  That establish strong connection between the “respectable” Left and following advocacy by Mark Bray (highlights are mine):

we have the power to strike back at the racial hierarchy that underpins the very essence of whiteness. This does not mean adopting a conservative ‘color-blind’ outlook, but rather targeting sources of white privilege and struggling in solidarity with the disinherited of the world. This does not mean exterminating people who are currently categorized as white, but abolishing the classificatory scheme that renders them so.Continue reading Genocidal Ideas of the “Respectable” Left

Governors of States “fight climate change” – Rebel Alliance, Treason, or What?

This development is described completely differently in the different media:

The rebel alliance begins: Governors of New York, California, Washington form a coalition to fight climate change – according to FastCompany.

THE TREASONOUS SECESSION OF CLIMATE CONFEDERACY STATES . Prosecute Governor Brown for treason – according to FrontPageMag.

I find myself in the middle between these extremes. It is just another act of sedition by demonrats.

Climatist Consortium Against Human Health

Website medsocietiesforclimatehealth.org, owned by a previously unknown group called the Medical Society Consortium on Climate & Health (“MedSocCon”), published a number of  irresponsible and misinforming posters, statements, “reports,” and other materials.  These materials teach doctors that certain illnesses are caused or aggravated by “climate change” and/or “global warming,” which are, according to the same materials, caused by combustion of fossil fuels.  Posters and talking points for communication with patients tell the patients to “vote for elected leaders that will act to cut climate pollution.” These materials also instruct doctors to give wrong advice to their patients, both adults and children.  For example, a poster for children speaks directly to kids (over the heads of their parents) and tells them to bike to school.  Dangers and high fatality rates of biking compared with driving are ignored.  A “Heart Health” poster advises heart patients to replace their car trips with biking and walking. Democratic Attorneys General and Other Party Operatives

This is an admission from NY Times on February 6: Democratic Party operatives and democratic attorney generals and governors do not know the differences between their roles.  Per admission, democratic attorney generals and governors are Democratic Party operatives appointed to the positions where they benefit other Democratic Party operatives and Democratic Party donors:

“In interviews, more than a dozen Democratic attorneys general, governors and party operatives detailed a week of frenzied litigation, late-night and early-morning phone calls and text messages, and strategies devised on airplanes and at sporting events.  All told, Democrats say, the legal onslaught against Mr. Trump was a crystallizing moment for the party’s attorneys general — and a model for how to stall or unwind the administration policies they find most offensive.”

“Mr. Schneiderman, a former state senator from Manhattan who is in his second term as attorney general, called the travel ban a ‘first test’ of the Democratic legal apparatus under Mr. Trump.”  Continue reading Democratic Attorneys General and Other Party Operatives

Obama orders commanders to prioritize climate change

Following overt instructions from foreign entities, including at least one country in a state of war with the United States (North Korea), the Obama administration has launched an attack on the United States Armed Forces.  According to the Washington Times:

Pentagon orders commanders to prioritize climate change in all military actions

The Pentagon is ordering the top brass to incorporate climate change into virtually everything they do, from testing weapons to training troops to war planning to joint exercises with allies.

Prioritize “climate change” over what? Over defeating enemies? Over the lives of the soldiers? Over the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic? Continue reading Obama orders commanders to prioritize climate change

Climate Alarmism and North Korea

A talk that retired Rear Admiral David Titley gave at the Senate hearing Data or Dogma (where he represented the Dogma) brought my attention to a dark entity, misleadingly calling itself the “American Security Project.” Within this project, Titley is charged with promoting climate alarmism and forcing the UN climate consensus on America.

Some parts of the ASP’s website make it look more like the North Korea Security Project. One article, which appeared after another North Korean nuclear test, is an outright advocacy for North Korea:

Basically, it is incredibly unlikely that North Korea will use its nuclear weapons prior to the outbreak of a new Korean war, which the country has no interest in starting.

Incredibly unlikely? Has no interest in starting a war? Are we talking about the same North Korea? In 2010, North Korea sank the South Korean vessel Cheonan and shelled Greater Yeonpyeong island, killing 50 men in both incidents. In 2013, North Korea threatened to launch a “pre-emptive” nuclear strike on the US. If that is not “interest in starting a war”, then what is? Continue reading Climate Alarmism and North Korea

Obama vs the People, 2016

Is it normal for the President of the United States of America to threaten the People with military force? In his State of the Union speech, Obama said:

Look, if anybody still wants to dispute the science around climate change, have at it. You will be pretty lonely, because you’ll be debating our military … and 200 nations around the world who agree it’s a problem and intend to solve it. (link)

He said this only a few hours after allowing Iran to capture two Navy boats and their crew, to take the Navy sailors prisoners and compel a female captive to wear a hijab, and to force them all to kneel before Iranian National Guardsmen.

I know that before Obama, it was other way around: the armed forces defended America against foreign threats, instead of being pawns to “debate” their own citizens. This “debate offer” is something from the repertoire of African dictators, but even Obama’s fellow dictators do not threaten their subjects so overtly on behalf of foreign powers. And I doubt that many of them use weasel words like “carbon pollution.” Carbon dioxide in the air is not pollution, but plants’ nutrients, and of course carbon constitutes most of the dry mass of a human body.

Will this horror end after the November 2016 elections? Judging by the current trends, I am not so sure there will be elections at all.
