If the FBI had suspected that certain Trump campaign associates were Russian agents, it had to tell him their names in defensive briefings that presidential candidates regularly received. The FBI and ODNI failed to tell Trump about any concerns regarding his campaign staffers, as noticed by Lindsey Graham.
Thus, either the FBI didn’t really suspect Trump campaign staffers and just used those names as an excuse to spy on Trump, or it intentionally kept Trump in the dark about suspected Russian spies nearby. Either way, the FBI, Brennan, and Clapper didn’t just spy on candidate Donald Trump but attempted to sabotage him and the whole Republican party in the elections.
Generic information like “potential interference by foreign actors, including Russia,” or an allegation that the “Russian government was trying to meddle in the election” (http://archive.is/UkuDq) cannot be considered a warning or notice. If defensive intelligence briefings have any purpose, this purpose is to let the candidate know about the specific threat.
Secretary Hillary Clinton (2010): “Our Goal Is To Help Strengthen Russia”
(National Review, How the Clintons Sold Out U.S. National Interests to the Putin Regime)
Why would Putin meddled in the 2016 elections against Hillary Clinton? But that is off topic here. The NR article contains a link to the YouTube video of this interview (https://youtube.com/watch?v=zulHX5jO1yY), posted by veteran broadcaster Vladimir Pozner in 2014. Now the video is gone. Google has deleted the video and terminated Pozner’s account (now he has a new one without this interview). The last time the video’s page was saved on archive.org is October 2017, when it had ~75k views. In this case, Google was not fully successful in re-writing history. This interview fragment can be found on smaller channels, sometimes with comments like: “this is very hard to find, and I found it on a channel with only 333 subscribers! thanks! SUBBED!“
Google regularly deletes YouTube videos linked to from conservative and libertarian websites. It deleted a Fox News video in which Pete Hoekstra was debunking Clapper’s claptrap about the so-called Intelligence Community Assessment. This video was referred to in a Fox News opinion piece Was Friday’s declassified report claiming Russian hacking of the 2016 election rigged? by former CIA analyst Fred Fleitz (2017-01-08). Fred Fleitz and Pete Hoekstra debunked this so-called Intelligence Community Assessment, leaked to the media by Clapper and released (in a redacted form) a few hours before Congress certified Trump as the next President of the United States. (2019-01-24 update) Silicon Valley oligarchs might be not aware of specifics of the dirty social media operations they fund and organize (New Knowledge, fake Russian bots, fake conservatives etc.), but the general intent is undeniable. The same radical Netroots Nation conference, funded by Facebook, Google, and radical “usual suspects,” also taught progressives trolling. From the panel’s description:
TROLLING FOR JUSTICE: HOW CHEEKY, PROVOCATIVE CAMPAIGNS CAN LEAD TO PROGRESSIVE VICTORIES
TROLLING. The panel will discuss trolling as a tactic to educate new audiences, hit hard at the opposition, and generate opportunities that convert people to action. This panel will focus on how bold, cheeky, and deliberately provocative campaigns can be leveraged to not just egg on the opposition, but tell a story that leads to progressive wins.
On that occasion, Facebook and Google also advanced their business interests through radical politics. Another panel was devoted to preserving Obamanet, which had granted them their current stranglehold over the internet: NET NEUTRALITY AND THE FIGHT TO REGAIN IT

2018-12-28 update: On the Thanksgiving Day, the Wikipedia page for Donald Trump was intermittently showing a penis in place of the President’s photo. Apple Siri displayed this picture when asked about the age of Donald Trump. Contrary to the MSM reports, that was neither a bug nor vandalism. This is how Wikipedia works. Leftist Wikipedia editors were permitted to switch the pictures. Apple, Google, and Facebook use Wikipedia as the main source of knowledge out of financial, economic, and anti-competitive motives. Wikipedia is choke full of such “mistakes.”
Pretty much everything people think they know about Wikipedia they heard from Wikipedia itself. Wikipedia has become a cesspool of information that cannot be trusted as facts. Amazingly, Wikipedia functions as a combination of tyranny, chaos, and opacity. Anybody can write anything in it (chaos) as long as what’s written is in harmony with the far-left politics of its San Francisco management (tyranny). But even in totalitarian countries the citizens know their rulers. The portraits of Stalin and Mao hung in every public place of the countries they ruled. This isn’t so in Wikipedia. The highest Wikipedia hierarchs (Stewards and ArbCom members) are totally anonymous and hidden behind usernames like Ks0stm. Wikipedia belongs to the Wikimedia Foundation. The Wikimedia Foundation’s Board currently consists of eight members (1). At least one of them (María Sefidari Huici, Spain) was appointed in open violation of the publicly posted bylaws. The only publicly known person on the board is Jimmy Wales, the founder. Other respected directors resigned or were pushed out years ago. Only two among the seven board members are American citizens. According to Wikipedia, it holds elections of its functionaries and power brokers but the election process is under control of a few (or even one) persons. These kingmakers are also anonymous. Most of the popularity and income (in small donations) is derived by Wikipedia’s relations with Google, which gives Wikipedia abnormally high prominence in its organic search results. However, the widely held opinion that Wikipedia is reliable on non-controversial subjects is wrong because Wikipedia regularly presents leftist opinions as non-controversial facts, making it hard to detect that a subject is in fact controversial.

Since the misattribution of a suspected breach into the DNC network in early 2016 to Russia, CrowdStrike has been boosted by:
- DNC loyalists in the FBI, CIA, DHS, and DNI
- the fawning coverage by mainstream media
- NBC News employing Shawn Henry, a CrowdStrike top officer and former executive assistant to FBI Director Robert Mueller, as a cyber security consultant
- $300M investments by Google and Silicon Valley VCs

Update. A Google team, working under SVP Urs Hölzle of WWF, refused to implement a feature improving Google Cloud security necessary to bid on military contracts (according to Bloomberg). Earlier, Google announced it would not work with the US military on Artificial Intelligence projects. But this feature is not related to AI. Thus, Google refuses to aid the US military at all. Meanwhile, Google services (including Google Maps and Google AI) are available to terrorist organizations and hostile armed forces worldwide. In 2013, Google’s Chairman Eric Schmidt visited North Korea where he aided the North Korean military. Continue reading Google Aided North Korean Military, Spurns Pentagon
Google has interfered in the US Senate Elections on behalf of democrat Doug Jones, possibly on demand from a European government or political party. I know Google does such things because some of my AdWords messages were banned by Google in the U.S. after I had expanded targeting to the EU.
I know only a small part of this interference: on December 4, Google banned my paid message running on Google Adwords sites in Alabama. Below are the renderings of the message by Google Adwords.

An axis of the Democrat Attorneys General, far left groups, and various opportunists filed a bunch of lawsuits, challenging the repeal of Obamanet and mandatory net neutrality. These challenges have been consolidated into the case 18-70506, pending before the 9th Circuit of Appeals in San Francisco (ouch!).
I filed a Motion to Intervene on behalf of the FCC and the United States of America. The Motion states that Obamanet and mandatory net neutrality violate my rights, as well as the rights of almost every other American, under the Articles I, II, and III of the Constitution, and the I, IV, IX, and X Amendments. The idea of government regulations of ISPs for net neutrality, expressed by Tim Wu in 2003 and mostly adopted by the FCC in 2005, turned on its head under Obama’s administration, which turned it from a user’s right to an obligation. This mandatory net neutrality (Obamanet) was probably the worst violation of the First Amendment since the passage of the Bill of Rights. The supporters of MNN usually claim that it protects users against abuse by their ISPs. In fact, it “protects” users from exercising choice regarding content. The idea that ISPs have strong incentives to mistreat their paying customers is foolish. But even if an ISP does that, the customers have a large set of consumer protection laws on their side. Most cases cited by MNN supporters are lies or misinterpretations. Somehow, consumer protection laws seem to fail (or are not applied) to protect consumers against Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, etc.
We access the internet media under absurd rules, unprecedented for any other media: a typical user paying annual internet access fees of $1,000 cannot choose toward what internet content and services this money would be applied! Obama’s FCC has already made the choice for us. And the choice reflects influence of the far-left groups. Continue reading The Web Without Mandatory Net Neutrality
In 2015, in a vote along partisan lines, the FCC reclassified the Internet to be a telecommunication service subject to Title II of the 1934 Communications Act (the infamous FCC-15-24 Obamanet order). This was done under the pretext of net neutrality, but had nothing to do with net neutrality. Google participated in the preparation of this order, was fully aware of it, did not object. Rumor has it that Eric Schmidt personally wrote parts of the order, and broadened it. Then Google took full advantage of this reclassification and ignored its obligations stemming from it. Case #13482. Fake debunking of the Oregon Petition.
The Oregon Petition (1998) against climate alarmism has been signed by 17,000+ qualified scientists. The same petition, circulated in 2007, have been signed by 31,000+ qualified scientists and other professionals. This is truth.
Climate alarmists, aided and abetted by non-critical media first, and by fake fact-checkers (like Snopes) and Google later, have spread and continue spreading various falsehoods about the Petition. The most sensational lie was that the Petition signers have not been verified, and included Spice Girls and other fictitious characters. This is not true, as explained in the email from Dr. Arthur Robinson. How could such lie receive so wide circulation? Continue reading Fake “Debunking” of Oregon Petition
Renowned physicist and mathematician Professor Freeman Dyson is a liberal. Nevertheless, he rejects climate alarmism and alleged “scientific consensus” that increase in the air CO2 concentration from burning fossil fuels and other human activities is harmful, or causes dangerous global warming. But he has found and published a solution to this non-problem about ten years ago. The solution is accumulating extra CO2 in the top soil. Those who considered increase of CO2 in the atmosphere to be a problem had plenty of time to discuss, test, and start implementing his proposal. See Edge.org, August 9, 2007 (9,800 words). Mark Bray, a visiting professor at Dartmouth (the Dartmouth Gender Research Institute), has been acknowledged by the “liberals” (who became the New New Left) as one of their own and a speaker for antifa. Mark Bray and his book Antifa: The Antifascist Handbook have been embraced and promoted by Washington Post (1), NBC News (this article and on Meet the Press), and DemocracyNow! (3). That establish strong connection between the “respectable” Left and following advocacy by Mark Bray (highlights are mine):
“… we have the power to strike back at the racial hierarchy that underpins the very essence of whiteness. This does not mean adopting a conservative ‘color-blind’ outlook, but rather targeting sources of white privilege and struggling in solidarity with the disinherited of the world. This does not mean exterminating people who are currently categorized as white, but abolishing the classificatory scheme that renders them so.” Continue reading Genocidal Ideas of the “Respectable” Left

Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power — the hypocrisy of the title is beyond imagination! Quotes from dissenting opinions on the Federal Communication Commission “Open Internet Order” FCC-15-24 (the Obamanet order).
“Americans love the free and open Internet. We relish our freedom to speak, to post, to rally, to learn, to listen, to watch, and to connect online. The Internet has become a powerful force for freedom, both at home and abroad. So it is sad to witness the FCC’s unprecedented attempt to replace that freedom with government control.
It shouldn’t be this way. For twenty years, there’s been a bipartisan consensus in favor of a free and open Internet. A Republican Congress and a Democratic President enshrined in the Telecommunications Act of 1996 the principle that the Internet should be a ‘vibrant and competitive free market . . . unfettered by Federal or State regulation.’ And dating back to the Clinton Administration, every FCC Chairman—Republican and Democrat—has let the internet grow free from utility-style regulation.”
“But today, the FCC abandons those policies. … It seizes unilateral authority to regulate Internet conduct … . So why is the FCC changing course? Why is the FCC turning its back on Internet freedom? … We are flip-flopping for one reason and one reason alone. President Obama told us to do so.”
“The Commission’s decision to adopt President Obama’s plan marks a monumental shift toward government control of the Internet. It gives the FCC the power to micromanage virtually every aspect of how the Internet works.” Continue reading Net Neutrality Realism vs. Obamanet

The New York Times has exhibited its scientific ignorance again. This time, it republished a tweet from DPRK News Service accusing the American military of “near total ignorance of ballistic science.” Fortunately, DPRK News Service is a parody Twitter account, so this case received some publicity.
This case is not just funny. It demonstrates that the New York Times cannot distinguish a fake news service from a real one. Not surprisingly, it regularly publishes fake news. This case also shows the scientific illiteracy and obscurantism of the formerly mainstream media and its readiness to repeat any claims about science, as long as they fulfill their ideological needs. Their claims of the Trump administration’s “ignorance of climate science” are similarly based on a hoax (fraud, to be accurate).
A new article The Leftist Echo Chamber in the Digital Age is published on this site. It is about the social dynamics inside of the liberal public sphere that have let it slide so low and so far to the left.
It is hard to dispute that today’s political polarization is unprecedented since the Civil War. I think it has been caused by three tightly linked developments: a) the radical Left takeover of the liberal establishment and Democratic party; b) the radicalized lib/Dem establishment takeover of the media, academia, government, nonprofit sector, and most academic institutions; and c) foreign interference aiding and egging on the lib/Dem establishment.
