Update, 2018-08-28: four days ago, the NY Times published an article “Kremlin Sources Go Quiet, Leaving C.I.A. in the Dark …“ If this is true, Mueller might have burnt those sources by publishing his throwaway indictment, as described in the original post. Only one or two names of the “indicted” GRU officers were publicly known before Mueller’s indictment. This said, the NY Times became a worthless tabloid. It seems to consider non-existent sources of Christopher Steele as”informants close to President Vladimir V. Putin and in the Kremlin who provided crucial details.”
Robert Mueller has multiple conflicts of interest stemming from his relationships with James Comey and from him being a Democrat partisan. Here, I show two other conflicts of interest, a disclosed and an undisclosed one. Each of them is sufficient to terminate him.
Conflict #101: Robert Mueller represented Facebook
In February 2018, Robert Mueller made a ridiculousindictment of Russian citizens and corporations in Russia for Facebook posts intended to sow division and interfere with the 2016 elections (USA v. Internet Research Agency et al). The IRA paid Facebook and entered posts into its database. Facebook received money from the indicted and non-indicted foreign persons, selected recipients and shown them those posts. Facebook is the only entity that can be held accountable for the alleged misconduct. Why didn’t he indict, or, at least, investigate Facebook as a possible co-conspirator, accessory, or enabler? A hint: Facebook was one of Mueller’s clients in the Wilmer-Hale law firm, as hedisclosed when he accepted an appointment as a special counsel. Robert Mueller was making about $3.5M a year by representing Facebook, Apple, Intel, etc. Robert Mueller also holds a small investment in Facebook according to the same disclosure.
Conflict #102: Robert Mueller is Connected to CrowdStrike
Update. A Google team, working under SVP Urs Hölzle of WWF, refused to implement a feature improving Google Cloud security necessary to bid on military contracts (according to Bloomberg). Earlier, Google announced it would not work with the US military on Artificial Intelligence projects. But this feature is not related to AI. Thus, Google refuses to aid the US military at all. Meanwhile, Google services (including Google Maps and Google AI) are available to terrorist organizations and hostile armed forces worldwide. In 2013, Google’s Chairman Eric Schmidt visited North Korea where he aided the North Korean military. Continue reading Google Aided North Korean Military, Spurns Pentagon→
Google has interfered in the US Senate Elections on behalf of democrat Doug Jones, possibly on demand from a European government or political party. I know Google does such things because some of my AdWords messages were banned by Google in the U.S. after I had expanded targeting to the EU.
I know only a small part of this interference: on December 4, Google banned my paid message running on Google Adwords sites in Alabama. Below are the renderings of the message by Google Adwords.
“Chinese and Russian propaganda supplements are regularly included in The Washington Post, but the widely read newspaper won’t say how much money it gets on the deals.
China Watch – a China Daily publication – and Russia Beyond The Headlines – a Rossiyskaya Gazeta publication – have both appeared in the Post for years as paid advertising supplements. Both foreign periodicals are owned and operated by their respective governments.”
The Russian propaganda supplement of the Washington Post, hosted at russianow.washingtonpost.com, disappeared in 2015 (according to the Web Archive; the Web Archive might be connected to Amazon.com; Amazon is co-owned and the Washington Post is owned by Jeff Bezos). That means that the Russian government stopped paying the Washington Post long before the 2016 elections. But the Chinese government continued paying WaPo through the elections campaign and after it through the present day. An axis of the Democrat Attorneys General, far left groups, and various opportunists filed a bunch of lawsuits, challenging the repeal of Obamanet and mandatory net neutrality. These challenges have been consolidated into the case 18-70506, pending before the 9th Circuit of Appeals in San Francisco (ouch!).
I filed a Motion to Intervene on behalf of the FCC and the United States of America. The Motion states that Obamanet and mandatory net neutrality violate my rights, as well as the rights of almost every other American, under the Articles I, II, and III of the Constitution, and the I, IV, IX, and X Amendments. The idea of government regulations of ISPs for net neutrality, expressed by Tim What’s up in 2003 and mostly adopted by the FCC in 2005, turned on its head under Obama’s administration, which turned it from a user’s right to an obligation. This mandatory net neutrality (“MNN”) was probably the worst violation of the First Amendment since the passage of the Bill of Rights. The supporters of MNN usually claim that it protects users against abuse by their ISPs. In fact, it “protects” users from exercising choice regarding content. The idea that ISPs have strong incentives to mistreat their paying customers is foolish. But even if an ISP does that, the customers have a large set of consumer protection laws on their side. Most cases cited by MNN supporters are lies or misinterpretations. Somehow, consumer protection laws seem to fail (or are not applied) to protect consumers against Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, etc.
The Netroots Nation, a radical leftist organization, held its annual conference “drawing thousands of attendees from around the country and beyond” on August 11-13, 2017 (1a). Despite (or because) its radicalism, the conference has been attended by very high level democrat politicians, including DNC Vice Chair Keith Ellison, former Vice President Al Gore, Senator Elizabeth Warren, and Washington State Attorney General Robert Ferguson. During one of the sessions the conference organizers raised and set in motion a hidden army aiding an enemy that will attack this nation. The session announcement says:
“THE PROGRESSIVE RESPONSE TO (PREDICTABLE) EMERGENCIES: NATIONAL SECURITY CRISES AND DOMESTIC CRACKDOWNS IN THE TIME OF TRUMP
Moments of crisis, such as extremist violence or an international crisis, create windows for seizing power, enacting racist repression of entire communities, restricting civil liberties, cracking down on domestic opposition and going to war. <H-word> used the Reichstag Fire; Putin used the 1999 apartment bombings; George W. Bush used 9/11. With Trump, Bannon and their allies in Congress, progressives must be prepared to fight back in the first hours and days of a national security crisis.” (1b) Continue reading DNC is Involved in Possible Treason→
In 2015, in a vote along partisan lines, the FCC reclassified the Internet to be a telecommunication service subject to Title II of the 1934 Communications Act (the infamous FCC-15-24 Obamanet order). This was done under the pretext of net neutrality, but had nothing to do with net neutrality. Google participated in the preparation of this order, was fully aware of it, did not object. Rumor has it that Eric Schmidt personally wrote parts of the order, and broadened it. Then Google took full advantage of this reclassification and ignored its obligations stemming from it. ClimateDepot, run by Mark Morano, has been called by somebody on the other side a Drudge Report of climate skepticism (another word was used in place of skepticism). ClimateDepot features digests with links to climate skeptics’ news, fresh articles and research reports, and updates them at least daily. There are also original articles. The front page of ClimateDepot has a section of links to both sides of the climate debate. (Try finding links to climate skeptics on the climate alarmism sites)
Case #13482. Fake debunking of the Oregon Petition.
The Oregon Petition (1998) against climate alarmism has been signed by 17,000+ qualified scientists. The same petition, circulated in 2007, have been signed by 31,000+ qualified scientists and other professionals. This is truth.
Climate alarmists, aided and abetted by non-critical media first, and by fake fact-checkers (like Snopes) and Google later, have spread and continue spreading various falsehoods about the Petition. The most sensational lie was that the Petition signers have not been verified, and included Spice Girls and other fictitious characters. This is not true, as explained in the email from Dr. Arthur Robinson. How could such lie receive so wide circulation? Continue reading Fake “Debunking” of Oregon Petition→
Renowned physicist and mathematician Professor Freeman Dyson is a liberal. Nevertheless, he rejects climate alarmism and alleged “scientific consensus” that increase in the air CO2 concentration from burning fossil fuels and other human activities is harmful, or causes dangerous global warming. But he has found and published a solution to this non-problem about ten years ago. The solution is accumulating extra CO2 in the top soil. Those who considered increase of CO2 in the atmosphere to be a problem had plenty of time to discuss, test, and start implementing his proposal. See Edge.org, August 9, 2007 (9,800 words). The Democratic National Committee has multiple open vacancies in the tech department including IT Systems Administrator, Product Manager, and Chief Security Officer. Madeleine Leader, the DNC Data Services Manager, sends an email to employees asking for help filling in those vacancies – “feel free to forward on to your contacts.” Then comes a hummer: “I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.” Continue reading DNC Hacking and “cisgender straight white males”→
Mark Bray, a visiting professor at Dartmouth (the Dartmouth Gender Research Institute), has been acknowledged by the “liberals” (who became the New New Left) as one of their own and a speaker for antifa. Mark Bray and his book Antifa: The Antifascist Handbook have been embraced and promoted by Washington Post (1), NBC News (this article and on Meet the Press), and DemocracyNow! (3). That establish strong connection between the “respectable” Left and following advocacy by Mark Bray (highlights are mine):
“… we have the power to strike back at the racial hierarchy that underpins the very essence of whiteness. This does not mean adopting a conservative ‘color-blind’ outlook, but rather targeting sources of white privilege and struggling in solidarity with the disinherited of the world. This does not mean exterminating people who are currently categorized as white, but abolishing the classificatory scheme that renders them so.” Continue reading Genocidal Ideas of the “Respectable” Left→
The following table shows that the most visibility of neo-nazi sites dailystormer.com and stormfront.org came from formerly mainstream leftist news outlets. stormfront.org had PGSTN = 25.0%, and additionally received 6.9% traffic from Google’s Youtube and Wikipedia. No traffic from conservative, right, or even “alt-right” sites has been recorded. Continue reading Former MSM and Google have Lifted Neo-Nazi Sites→

Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power — the hypocrisy of the title is beyond imagination! A former vice president of the U.S. lies and defames elderly and persecuted scientists – and calls it Truth to Power. He should have called it Power against Truth. Luckily, Dr. Roy Spencer has already published a rebuttal: An Inconvenient Deception: How Al Gore Distorts Climate Science and Energy Policy.

(“GP-Fund”) (collectively, the “Greenpeace Defendants”), BankTrack (aka “Stichting BankTrack”), Earth First!, and John and Jane Does 1-20, allege as follows:
This case involves a network of putative not-for-profits and rogue eco-terrorist
groups who employ patterns of criminal activity and campaigns of misinformation to target legitimate companies and industries with fabricated environmental claims and other purported misconduct, inflicting billions of dollars in damage. The network’s pattern of criminal and other misconduct includes (i) defrauding charitable donors and cheating federal and state tax authorities with claims that they are legitimate tax-free charitable organizations; (ii) cyberattacks; (ii) intentional and malicious interference with their targeted victim’s business relationships; and (iv) physical violence, threats of violence and the purposeful destruction of private and federal property. Energy Transfer is the latest legitimate business targeted by this network. Continue reading Energy Transfer Files RICO Lawsuit Against Greenpeace→
The leftist echo-chamber became so detached from reality partly because of an accidentally unleashed artificial intelligence system that had come into existence through interaction between Google Search, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Bing, Wikipedia, Reddit etc.
“Americans love the free and open Internet. We relish our freedom to speak, to post, to rally, to learn, to listen, to watch, and to connect online. The Internet has become a powerful force for freedom, both at home and abroad. So it is sad to witness the FCC’s unprecedented attempt to replace that freedom with government control.
It shouldn’t be this way. For twenty years, there’s been a bipartisan consensus in favor of a free and open Internet. A Republican Congress and a Democratic President enshrined in the Telecommunications Act of 1996 the principle that the Internet should be a ‘vibrant and competitive free market . . . unfettered by Federal or State regulation.’ And dating back to the Clinton Administration, every FCC Chairman—Republican and Democrat—has let the internet grow free from utility-style regulation.”
“But today, the FCC abandons those policies. … It seizes unilateral authority to regulate Internet conduct … . So why is the FCC changing course? Why is the FCC turning its back on Internet freedom? … We are flip-flopping for one reason and one reason alone. President Obama told us to do so.”
“The Commission’s decision to adopt President Obama’s plan marks a monumental shift toward government control of the Internet. It gives the FCC the power to micromanage virtually every aspect of how the Internet works.” Continue reading Net Neutrality Realism vs. Obamanet→
The New York Times has exhibited its scientific ignorance again. This time, it republished a tweet from DPRK News Service accusing the American military of “near total ignorance of ballistic science.” Fortunately, DPRK News Service is a parody Twitter account, so this case received some publicity.
This case is not just funny. It demonstrates that the New York Times cannot distinguish a fake news service from a real one. Not surprisingly, it regularly publishes fake news. This case also shows the scientific illiteracy and obscurantism of the formerly mainstream media and its readiness to repeat any claims about science, as long as they fulfill their ideological needs. Their claims of the Trump administration’s “ignorance of climate science” are similarly based on a hoax (fraud, to be accurate).
It is hard to dispute that today’s political polarization is unprecedented since the Civil War. I think it has been caused by three tightly linked developments: a) the radical Left takeover of the liberal establishment and Democratic party; b) the radicalized lib/Dem establishment takeover of the media, academia, government, nonprofit sector, and most academic institutions; and c) foreign interference aiding and egging on the lib/Dem establishment. “A second marked characteristic of the Liberal in debate with the conservative is the tacit premise that debate is ridiculous because there is nothing whatever to debate about . Arguments based on fact are especially to be avoided. Many people shrink from arguments over facts because facts are tedious , because they require a formal familiarity with the subject under discussion , and because they can be ideologically dislocative . Many Liberals accept their opinions , ideas , and evaluations as others accept revealed truths , and the facts are presumed to conform to the doctrines , as any dutiful fact will ; so why discuss the fact?” (Kindle Locations 522-527).
Intentionally misleading. Water is human drink, but people still die in floods.
You drown when concentration of water around you is 100%. Atmospheric concentration of CO2 is less than 0.05%. Everything becomes harmful when there is too much of it, but the current and foreseeable concentrations of CO2 are beneficial, not harmful. Continue reading Reddit Debate about Brief SOS→
The main point of the essay Renounce Climate Alarmism! published in WUWT is that the Trump Administration should renounce climate alarmism entirely, rather than fighting each regulation, executive order, and other visible consequences of it.
The conflict of interest. Like it or not, real experts do typically have conflicts of interest, or at least an appearance of one. For example, medical doctors diagnose illness, recommend treatment, and perform the recommended treatment. This creates a real and strong conflict of interest. As patients, many of us are aware of that and address it by one or more of the following: trust the doctor’s integrity, rely on the doctor’s accountability, or seek a second opinion. Continue reading Thoughts on Handling Conflicts of Interest→
Hiring a lukewarmer Bret Stephens by The NY Times to cover the climate debate is too little, too late. But he referred to an article by Andrew Revkin who had been a regular NYT climate alarmist. In this article My Climate Change, published in a small website issues.org more than a year ago, Revkin admitted to the alarmism, organized pressure, and more.
The main quotes:
“I saw a widening gap between what scientists had been learning about global warming and what advocates were claiming as they pushed ever harder to pass climate legislation or strengthen the faltering 1992 climate change treaty.”
“In 2006, I was part of a team of reporters at The Times that undertook a multi-year series called “The Energy Challenge” (nytimes.com/energychallenge), examining what it would take to deeply cut reliance on coal, oil, and gas, and move to climate-friendly technologies. The deeper we dug, the more we ran into enormous disconnects between the data and the claims. It was very clear that any transition to clean energy would be neither simple nor quick—and it wasn’t only for lack of political will.”
“In a radio interview I heard some years ago a BBC employee recalls his first day of work at the media establishment. An experienced colleague-mentor led him upstairs and out onto the roof. The two of them then stood together on the edge of the roof and urinated down on the people many floors below at ground level. (They were both male BTW.) This, the mentor explained was an important rite of passage impressing on a new employee the correct BBC attitude to hold towards the general public.” Continue reading BBC Pisses on the Public, Kisses up to Warmists→
The media blackout of what looks like an act of climate terrorism, continues.
Following the ridiculous “March for Science,” at which third-rate performers and copywriters pretended to be scientists, unidentified shooters opened fire at the office of Dr. John Christy. Dr. John Christy and Dr. Roy Spencer (who both work in the same building) are two of the prominent scientists who developed measurement methodology and have been maintaining the only truly global temperatures record — the satellite temperatures dataset.
