The Web Without Obamanet

Update (2019-05-20) Yes, Obamanet was intended to aid and further push to the left Obama’s friends – the Silicon Valley Masters of the Universe and big cable companies (yes, big cable companies like Comcast – the strawman baddies in the leftist net neutrality narrative) and to suppress free speech. Robert Graham on John Oliver, Comcast and Netflix (2017):

Most everything in John Oliver’s piece is incorrect.

For example, he says that without Net Neutrality, Comcast can prefer original shows it produces, and slow down competing original shows by Netflix. This is silly: Comcast already does that, even with NetNeutrality rules.

Comcast owns NBC, which produces a lot of original shows. During prime time (8pm to 11pm), Comcast delivers those shows at 6-mbps to its customers, while Netflix is throttled to around 3-mbps. Because of this, Comcast original shows are seen at higher quality than Netflix shows. Continue reading The Web Without Obamanet

Secretary Hillary Clinton (2010): “Our Goal Is To Help Strengthen Russia”
(National Review, How the Clintons Sold Out U.S. National Interests to the Putin Regime)

Why would Putin meddled in the 2016 elections against Hillary Clinton, when she was the architect of the greatest Reset with Russia? But that is off topic here. The NR article contains a link to the YouTube video of this interview (https://youtube.com/watch?v=zulHX5jO1yY), posted by veteran broadcaster Vladimir Pozner in 2014. Now the video is gone. Google has deleted the video and terminated Pozner’s account (now he has a new one without this interview). The last time the video’s page was saved on archive.org is October 2017, when it had ~75k views. In this case, Google was not fully successful in re-writing history. This interview fragment can be found on smaller channels, sometimes with comments like: “this is very hard to find, and I found it on a channel with only 333 subscribers! thanks! SUBBED!

Google regularly deletes YouTube videos linked to from conservative and libertarian websites. It deleted a Fox News video in which Pete Hoekstra was debunking Clapper’s claptrap about the so-called Intelligence Community Assessment. This video was referred to in a Fox News opinion piece Was Friday’s declassified report claiming Russian hacking of the 2016 election rigged? by former CIA analyst Fred Fleitz (2017-01-08). Fred Fleitz and Pete Hoekstra debunked this so-called Intelligence Community Assessment, leaked to the media by Clapper and released (in a redacted form) a few hours before Congress certified Trump as the next President of the United States. Fake News Echo-Chamber

David Pakman suggests that Donald Trump doesn’t know how to read, and immediately demonstrates multiple “proofs,” mostly from his MSM/entertainment colleagues. This show episode has 2.5M views on YouTube alone, and plenty of comments agreeing with the host. No surprise that the MSM is ready to accept and spread any lie about President Trump.

None of them asks whether Hillary knows how to use a computer. Continue reading Fake News Echo-Chamber

Missing from the Mueller Report

May 10, 2019 update: Robert Mueller might be not the bad guy. Obviously, he started the investigation convinced that there was Russian interference and Trump – Russia collusion. But such belief on his part was justified. He trusted Brennan and Comey. He trusted the FBI, which he headed for 12 years. He could not imagine what Comey has done. Comey has elevated the hyper-partisan pro-Hillary troika McCabe-Strzok-Page to the top of the FBI, and let it to move from clearing up Hillary (the “Mid-Year Exam“) to framing up Trump. The Mueller report was written as an indictment, probably over months. Likely in early March, Mueller changed the main conclusion, and admitted: “the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government.” This was a brave act of an honest man.  The rest of the report remained as it was. Regarding his transaction with IDG Enterprise, Mueller might have agreed to deliver the speech before January 19, 2017, when the IDG Group was still American company, and didn’t check on its status later.

Missing from the Mueller Report was #1 bestseller in multiple categories on Amazon for some time. The full Mueller report confirms and reinforces in the book, so far.

#1 Amazon Bestseller in Law Ethics and Professional ResponsibilityMy book Missing from the Mueller Report (Edition 1.5) is updated and available on Amazon in paperback and e-book formats. The most important part of the Mueller Report is not what it contains, but what it omits. The report has not been made public yet, but the conduct of the investigation combined with the AG summary provide enough information to answer this question. There has never been an investigation more absurd, corrupt, or harmful to the nation than that of Mueller’s against President Trump.

The “Global Governance” cloned IPCC, got IPBES

Following the unprecedented success of the IPCC fraud, the UN centered “global governance” has grown another tentacle and named it IPBES – Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services. IPBES Chair is notorious Robert Watson, who was IPCC Chair in 1997-2002.

From its recent press release:

Often described as the “IPCC for biodiversity”, IPBES is an independent intergovernmental body comprising more than 130 member Governments. Established by Governments in 2012 … Continue reading The “Global Governance” cloned IPCC, got IPBES

Even Rolling Stone calls the Russiagate Fake News

Matt Taibbi, The Press Will Learn Nothing From the Russiagate Fiasco:

You know what was fake news? Most of the Russiagate story. There was no Trump-Russia conspiracy, that thing we just spent three years chasing. The Mueller Report is crystal clear on this.

He didn’t just “fail to establish” evidence of crime. His report is full of incredibly damning passages, like one about Russian officialdom’s efforts to reach the Trump campaign after the election: “They appeared not to have preexisting contacts and struggled to connect with senior officials around the President-Elect.” Not only was there no “collusion,” the two camps didn’t even have each others’ phone numbers!

Have you heard that Trump intended to build a Trump Tower in Moscow? Fake news! In 2015, a Russian firm negotiated with Trump to license his brand for use in a development project in Russia. Nothing came out of it. Taibbi:

The report shows the whole episode was a joke. In order to further the Trump Tower project-that-never-was, Cohen literally cold-emailed the Kremlin. More than that, he entered the email incorrectly, so the letter initially didn’t even arrive. When he finally fixed the mistake, Peskov didn’t answer back. That was “the most direct interaction yet of a top Trump aide and a senior member of Putin’s government”!

Is Trump-Russia Hoax similar to the Dreyfus Affair?

In most cases when Mueller et al. successfully forced their targets to confess to imaginary crimes or to appear guilty in the court of the MSM, they did so by manipulating the most sacred of any citizens’ feelings: the desire to aid their country against a foreign adversary. Everybody knows the magic phrase to say when contacted by a federal agent: “Give me your business card, my lawyer will be in touch with you,” thus, invoking the VI Amendment.  But General Michael Flynn, Carter Page, and George Papadopoulos didn’t invoke it; instead they talked, thinking that Mueller and Obama holdovers in the FBI were engaged in a legitimate counterintelligence investigation. General Michael Flynn talked to Strzok, whom he thought was his colleague in national security. Carter Page, a former Navy officer, who assisted the FBI counterintelligence for many years, recently rejected a recruiting attempt by the Russian intelligence and helped the FBI in apprehending and convicting a Russian spy, talked to the FBI from 2016. Mueller was unable to stick anything to him. George Papadopoulos talked to the FBI and Mueller in early 2017.

Little did they know that Mueller and those FBI figures were seditious conspirators, readying a coup d’etat against the elected President!

The Mueller Report is Oppo Research

The Mueller Report is opposition research on steroids. It is like an expanded edition of the “Steele dossier” – a collection of falsehoods and trivialities, assembled in a way to hurt the President as much as possible. And even this collection of falsehoods falls short of creating mere suspicion of “collusion”!

A one sided focus on someone’s imperfections and an endless repetition thereof might create the illusion that its target is horrible. If Mueller had focused on Trump using a bathroom, he could have easily filled in those 200+ pages (Volume I), and Trump would look even worse than in the actual report. Especially if Mueller had written that the investigation identified no similar activities by Hillary Clinton — the comparison it made regarding alleged “connections” between the IRA and the Trump campaign (the Mueller Report, p. 33).

Notes on the Mueller Report

“In late July 2016, soon after WikiLeaks ‘s first release of stolen documents, a foreign
government contacted the FBI about a May 2016 encounter with Trump Campaign foreign policy advisor George Papadopoulos. Papadopoulos had suggested to a representative of that foreign government … That information prompted the FBI on July 31, 2016, to open an investigation into whether individuals associated with the Trump Campaign were coordinating with the Russian government in its interference activities.” (TMR, p. 1)

This is an admission that the FBI opened an investigation against the Trump campaign after a solicitation from a foreign government! This should be enough to charge Mueller, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, and other investiGATERs with aiding foreign governments to interfere in the US elections, espionage, and a dozen other crimes. Continue reading Notes on the Mueller Report

Partisanship in the Mueller Report

Missing from the Mueller Report book was written before the release of the full Mueller report, based on the conduct of the investigation and AG Barr’s summary. Now, the published Mueller report confirms the initial assessment: from the start, Robert Mueller accepted allegations made by the DNC and the Clinton campaign, Obama appointees in the intelligence and security agencies, and even foreign governments allied with them, as the truth. The Mueller investigation was one-sided, aimed at accusing the Trump campaign and clearing the DNC and spygate perpetrators. Failing to find any wrongdoing by Trump, it exonerated him. The most important quote from the report: “… the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its [imaginary] election interference activities.” Nevertheless, the one-sidedness is fully reflected in the report. It really sounds like written by an attorney for the Democratic party and its operatives in the government. Continue reading Partisanship in the Mueller Report

Kudos to TheForensicator

The latest analysis of the WikiLeaks DNC emails by TheForensicator tends to confirm the opinion that at least the emails, published by WikiLeaks in July 2016, were leaked by a DNC insider who was an unhappy Bernie supporter.

  • The emails were apparently extracted from a Microsoft Exchange email server on May 23-25. This was the time when Hillary’s victory became obvious, and the Bernie supporters were angry at the DNC for supposed cheating. (Sample media reporting: https://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-clinton-sanders-democrats-20160516-snap-story.html)
  • Only emails from seven accounts were extracted and transferred to WikiLeaks. Five out of seven were finance directors’. That suggests that the leaker was not only a DNC insider, but a high placed insider with confident knowledge of the DNC’s internal workings.

Byron York: From former Trump lawyer, candid talk about Mueller, …

… Trump’s longtime habit of operating on two levels. On the surface, Trump sets off controversies, often using Twitter to say something outrageous that sets the media agenda and leaves some commentators with their hair on fire. At the same time, below the surface, Trump is actually taking steps to get a particular job done.

… Behind the scenes, Trump was cooperating [with Mueller] and making sure his staff did the same. The Trump White House offered everyone (except, of course, the president himself) to be interviewed, and reams and reams of documents that other White Houses might have withheld on the grounds of executive or other privilege. So Trump simultaneously attacked and cooperated.

“Early on, when the president started teeing off on Mueller, Mueller indicated to me that he was worried that some people might not cooperate,” Dowd said. “I said, well we’ve encouraged everyone to cooperate, and if you want me to say something publicly about that, and the president, we’re happy to do it. And we did. We encouraged everyone who was asked to cooperate … Bob [Mueller] was satisfied with that. It never came up again.”

In the end, Dowd said, Mueller “acknowledged that all the [Trump connected] witnesses told the truth, all the documents were there, there was nothing missing, no documents destroyed.” The level of cooperation, Dowd said, was “truly remarkable,” all while the president distracted the world with his tweets.

This article was published in the Washington Examiner on  April 3. The Trump lawyer is John Dowd.  Funny, Mueller also had a conflict with Trump’s golf club over fees in Virginia in 2011.

FBI Hid Info from Trump in Defensive Briefings

If the FBI had suspected that certain Trump campaign associates were Russian agents, it had to tell him their names in defensive briefings that presidential candidates regularly received. The FBI and ODNI failed to tell Trump about any concerns regarding his campaign staffers, as noticed by Lindsey Graham.

Thus, either the FBI didn’t really suspect Trump campaign staffers and just used those names as an excuse to spy on Trump, or it intentionally kept Trump in the dark about suspected Russian spies nearby. Either way, the FBI, Brennan, and Clapper didn’t just spy on candidate Donald Trump but attempted to sabotage him and the whole Republican party in the elections.

Generic information like “potential interference by foreign actors, including Russia,” or an allegation that the “Russian government was trying to meddle in the election” (http://archive.is/UkuDq) cannot be considered a warning or notice. If defensive intelligence briefings have any purpose, this purpose is to let the candidate know about the specific threat.

Steele dossier floated in three versions

At least three versions of the “Steele dossier” were floating around Washington just before the elections:

  • what the FBI was receiving directly from Steele — a liar, a charlatan, and a contractor with Fusion GPS working for the DNC
  • a version introduced by Nellie (Fusion GPS) and Bruce Ohr (DOJ) to the FBI
  • a version that James A. Baker accepted from Mother Jones’ journalist David Corn

Letter on Commission on Climate Security

Dear President Trump,

The undersigned organizations and individuals write to express our strong support for the proposed President’s Commission on Climate Security. It is our understanding that this commission, which is being planned and would be directed by Dr. William Happer of the National Security Council staff, is currently being considered by your senior White House staff and relevant Cabinet secretaries and agency heads. …” — begins the Open Letter in support of Dr. Happer and the Commission on Climate Security, signed by dozens of freedom loving think tanks and distinguished scientists and published on March 18.

Karim Baratov and cyber incidents misattribution

This case of Karim Baratov is another refutation of the conspiracy theory of cyber incident attribution. This theory lamps together multiple network security breaches, performed by many unrelated individuals or small groups. Then it attributes these breaches to a small number of alleged government backed hacker groups. This theory was introduced by CrowdStrike, and promoted by CrowdStrike and FireEye (FEYE). One of apparently decent attribution criterias is use of the same network infrastructure — domain names and/or IP addresses — in multiple breaches. But even this criteria doesn’t work, because cyber criminals specialize and divide labor vertically. Spear-phishing incidents using the same deceptive domain and/or IP address are not necessarily connected to a single beneficiary entity. An owner of the domain name can steal passwords from many victims for many unrelated clients, knowing nothing about the clients, like this case.  Continue reading Karim Baratov and cyber incidents misattribution

ObamaPutsch (Dec 2016 – Jan 2019). The Beginning.

Initially, the Obama administration and the DNC accepted the outcome of the 2016 national elections and prepared to transfer power to the elected President. A New Yorker article, promoting the Russian interference conspiracy theory, referred to the first week of December 2016 as the time “when Obama was [still] intent on an orderly transfer of power.” But something “interfered” with Obama’s intent on December 9.  He became the first president in more than 200 years to fail to properly transfer power to the elected President.

The following events might be critical to understanding what changed. It seems that elements of the Obama administration, together with foreign intelligence services, launched the putsch that continues today, openly spearheaded by Robert Mueller. The most likely cause was and still is Trump’s refusal to follow the western European Union countries on their suicidal path. This is the relevant timeline (it hints at the causation, which should be accepted cautiously; other events unknown to the author may have played a large role).  Continue reading ObamaPutsch (Dec 2016 – Jan 2019). Foreign Election Interference

This is what foreign election interference looks like:

The Guardian screenshot

This is today’s opinion page of The Guardian. Like almost all foreign election interference, it attacks Republicans, sows internal division, and benefits Democrats. Note the inauthentic use of the .com domain, misleading people to believe that this British newspaper is an American one. This happens daily.

Silicon Valley Totalitarian Dystopia

The enlightened Silicon Valley has apparently created a totalitarian dystopia. Here, the term Silicon Valley includes Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, and Apple (“GFTMA”), even as Microsoft is headquartered in Washington state.

GFTMA have developed tools for nearly total speech control and deployed them against conservatives and other opponents of the Left. They tied themselves to the Left under the Obama administration. The political censorship and discrimination against the “right of left” authors and readers is well documented. This article focuses on the scientific and technical human potential of this country, a large part of which is computer and network engineers, scientists, businessmen, and other specialists affected by Silicon Valley. All “Evidence” of “Russian Meddling” Came from the DNC

What a tangled web we weave …

Continues Origin of Operation “Crossfire Hurricane”

Update: Steele might have learnt what the DNC wanted him to write about Trump directly from the DNC, rather than indirectly through MSM. DOJ official Bruce Ohr reportedly communicated with Steele in the time when his wife Nellie Ohr worked for Fusion GPS that hired and worked with Steele.

The leaked “opposition research” (mostly smear) on Trump consisted of 230 pages. Only one short paragraph was devoted to allegations about Trump’s relations and attitudes towards Russia. Thus, neither the DNC nor Hillary campaign believed around May 2016 that there was even a small impropriety in Trump’s connections with Russia.  The opposition research file was apparently dated December 2015, but the DNC allowed it to leak between late April to early June of 2016 (likely on June 12-14), then advertised it in the WaPo article on June 14, 2016.

The liberal media attitude toward Putin changed from lukewarm to hostile almost overnight between July 16 and July 21, simultaneously with the creation and adoption of the Trump-Putin conspiracy theory as a major part of the Democratic Party line. Google Aided EU meddling in the US Senator Elections in Alabama

Google has interfered in the US Senate Elections on behalf of democrat Doug Jones, possibly on demand from a European government or political party.  I know Google does such things because some of my AdWords messages were  banned by Google in the U.S. after I had expanded targeting to the EU.

I know only a small part of this interference: on December 4, Google banned my paid message running on Google Adwords sites in Alabama.  Below are the renderings of the message by Google Adwords.

Why has FBI Accepted DNC’s “Russian Hacking” Claims?

The conservative media keeps tripping itself over lies invented by the left-stream media. I cannot blame it.  People know the left-stream media lies, but still read it and take in much of what is written there.  This time, conservatives fell for the fake news that Guccifer 2.0 (who took credit for release of the damning internal DNC documents) revealed as a GRU officer.

On or around March 21, 2018, The Daily Beast, a leftist tabloid on the lower end of the spectrum, published an “exclusive”: “‘Lone DNC Hacker’ Guccifer 2.0 Slipped Up and Revealed He Was a Russian Intelligence Officer.”  Continue reading Why has FBI Accepted DNC’s “Russian Hacking” Claims?

Washington, DC is owned by the Democratic Party, regardless of who is the President and what party has majority in Congress.  More than 90% of Washington population votes for Democrats.  Despite votes leak to the libertarian candidate, the nation has elected Trump.  In the same time, the ratio of Hillary to Trump voters in Washington, DC has been more than 16:1.  If Trump wants to make a real change, he needs to move most government operations from DC to the United States, and to hire new people with technical and managerial experience in the business sector. National Scientific Foundation (NSF), National Academy of Science (NAS), and NASA are the first candidates for drastic change that come to mind.  EPA should be abolished, and its few useful functions might be spread among other departments. Richard Lindzen on the Origin and Nature of the Alleged Scientific Consensus (1992)

Global Warming: The Origin and Nature of the Alleged Scientific Consensus – an article by Richard Lindzen from 1992, still relevant today! Some quotes (emphasis is mine):

“By early 1989 the popular media were declaring that “all scientists” agreed that warming was real and catastrophic in its potential. By the fall of 1989 some media were becoming aware that there was controversy. Cries followed from environmentalists that skeptics were receiving excessive exposure. – Same as today,  except that the “skeptics” are  called “deniers” now. Squeaking with one voice

Six weeks ago the former American Association for the Advancement of Science and leftstream media published a letter to Congress, repeating false claims of “scientific consensus” on indeterminate “climate change”.  The letter was allegedly signed by 31 top scientific societies “speaking with one voice on global climate change”, although American Physical Society (APS) had publicly refused to sign.  A quick survey revealed that even among the societies, listed on the letter,  many important ones did not sign it.  Some did.

On the persecution of scientists dissenting from con science of climate alarmism.  Excerpts from Climate of Fear, Wall Street Journal, 2006.

Ambiguous scientific statements about climate are hyped by those with a vested interest in alarm … Indeed, the success of climate alarmism can be counted in the increased federal spending on climate research from a few hundred million dollars pre-1990 to $1.7 billion today.
