The Mueller Report is Oppo Research

The Mueller Report is opposition research on steroids. It is like an expanded edition of the “Steele dossier” – a collection of falsehoods and trivialities, assembled in a way to hurt the President as much as possible. And even this collection of falsehoods falls short of creating mere suspicion of “collusion”!

A one sided focus on someone’s imperfections and an endless repetition thereof might create the illusion that its target is horrible. If Mueller had focused on Trump using a bathroom, he could have easily filled in those 200+ pages (Volume I), and Trump would look even worse than in the actual report. Especially if Mueller had written that the investigation identified no similar activities by Hillary Clinton — the comparison it made regarding alleged “connections” between the IRA and the Trump campaign (the Mueller Report, p. 33).

Notes on the Mueller Report

“In late July 2016, soon after WikiLeaks ‘s first release of stolen documents, a foreign
government contacted the FBI about a May 2016 encounter with Trump Campaign foreign policy advisor George Papadopoulos. Papadopoulos had suggested to a representative of that foreign government … That information prompted the FBI on July 31, 2016, to open an investigation into whether individuals associated with the Trump Campaign were coordinating with the Russian government in its interference activities.” (TMR, p. 1)

This is an admission that the FBI opened an investigation against the Trump campaign after a solicitation from a foreign government! This should be enough to charge Mueller, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, and other investiGATERs with aiding foreign governments to interfere in the US elections, espionage, and a dozen other crimes. Partisanship in the Mueller Report

Missing from the Mueller Report book was written before the release of the full Mueller report, based on the conduct of the investigation and AG Barr’s summary. Now, the published Mueller report confirms the initial assessment: from the start, Robert Mueller accepted allegations made by the DNC and the Clinton campaign, Obama appointees in the intelligence and security agencies, and even foreign governments allied with them, as the truth. The Mueller investigation was one-sided, aimed at accusing the Trump campaign and clearing the DNC and spygate perpetrators. Failing to find any wrongdoing by Trump, it exonerated him. The most important quote from the report: “… the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its [imaginary] election interference activities.” Nevertheless, the one-sidedness is fully reflected in the report. It really sounds like written by an attorney for the Democratic party and its operatives in the government. Continue reading Partisanship in the Mueller Report

Kudos to TheForensicator

The latest analysis of the WikiLeaks DNC emails by TheForensicator tends to confirm the opinion that at least the emails, published by WikiLeaks in July 2016, were leaked by a DNC insider who was an unhappy Bernie supporter.

  • The emails were apparently extracted from a Microsoft Exchange email server on May 23-25. This was the time when Hillary’s victory became obvious, and the Bernie supporters were angry at the DNC for supposed cheating. (Sample media reporting: https://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-clinton-sanders-democrats-20160516-snap-story.html)
  • Only emails from seven accounts were extracted and transferred to WikiLeaks. Five out of seven were finance directors’. That suggests that the leaker was not only a DNC insider, but a high placed insider with confident knowledge of the DNC’s internal workings.

FBI Hid Info from Trump in Defensive Briefings

If the FBI had suspected that certain Trump campaign associates were Russian agents, it had to tell him their names in defensive briefings that presidential candidates regularly received. The FBI and ODNI failed to tell Trump about any concerns regarding his campaign staffers, as noticed by Lindsey Graham.

Thus, either the FBI didn’t really suspect Trump campaign staffers and just used those names as an excuse to spy on Trump, or it intentionally kept Trump in the dark about suspected Russian spies nearby. Either way, the FBI, Brennan, and Clapper didn’t just spy on candidate Donald Trump but attempted to sabotage him and the whole Republican party in the elections.

Generic information like “potential interference by foreign actors, including Russia,” or an allegation that the “Russian government was trying to meddle in the election” (http://archive.is/UkuDq) cannot be considered a warning or notice. If defensive intelligence briefings have any purpose, this purpose is to let the candidate know about the specific threat.

The Doctors for Disasters Preparedness (DDP) is known for the initiative known as the Oregon Petition. DDP latest press release Scientists Petition American Museum of Natural History to Stand against ‘Climate-Change’ Agitators says:

“More than 300 scientists have sent a letter and background information to the president of the American Museum of Natural History in response to demands to remove Rebekah Mercer, a generous donor, from the Board of Trustees, reports Physicians for Civil Defense.”

“Signers of the letter include two Nobel laureates, Ivar Giaever (physics, 1973) and Kary Mullis (chemistry, 1993), and many other esteemed, highly accomplished scientists, notes Dr. Orient. “The American Museum of Natural History should not tarnish its long and honorable tradition by allowing political pressure and street theater to dictate its policy.” Continue reading From Doctors for Disasters Preparedness

Letter on Commission on Climate Security

Dear President Trump,

The undersigned organizations and individuals write to express our strong support for the proposed President’s Commission on Climate Security. It is our understanding that this commission, which is being planned and would be directed by Dr. William Happer of the National Security Council staff, is currently being considered by your senior White House staff and relevant Cabinet secretaries and agency heads. …” — begins the Open Letter in support of Dr. Happer and the Commission on Climate Security, signed by dozens of freedom loving think tanks and distinguished scientists and published on March 18.

Hillary Clinton does not know how to use a computer

“Garrett Graff: Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee in 2016, does not know how to use a desktop computer, according to multiple sources interviewed by the FBI.” an interview on This American Life (Nov 4, 2016)

Garrett Graff is an ordinary Hillary supporter and Trump hater (1, 2). He was a 2016 Democratic candidate for lieutenant governor of Vermont and a Politico editor.

Garrett Graff: But when we actually read through these documents, you can almost come away with a sense that that is actually why they did it, that Hillary seems to actually be a very persnickety technology user. She is not very comfortable with most technology, only liked to use a BlackBerry and, more specifically, only liked to use a specific type of increasingly older and more out-of-date BlackBerry.

She doesn’t know how to use a desktop computer. She–

Sean Cole: Wait, wait, wait. Back up. Back up. She doesn’t know how to use a desktop computer.

Garrett Graff: Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee in 2016, does not know how to use a desktop computer, according to multiple sources interviewed by the FBI.

Sean Cole: How is that possible?

Garrett Graff: The short answer is, I don’t know.” Continue reading Hillary Clinton does not know how to use a computer

DNC-2016: Total Ignorance of Computer Security

The Democratic Party is the party of obscurantism. But the following example of cyber-security ignorance is hilarious (WikiLeaks, http://archive.is/K3153):

“From: Palermo, Rachel
Sent: Friday, April 29, 2016 2:07 PM
To: Regional Press
Subject: Factivists was hacked. Here is our new password
Importance: High

We have been compromised! But it's all ok.

Here is our new password: HHQTevgHQ@z&8b6

It will now change every few weeks so prevent future issues. So as it is re-set, I will forward it along.”

This short fragment shows ignorance of basic computer security rules:

  1. Every user must have a separate account and password.
  2. Passwords are never emailed.
  3. If one decides to violate rules 1 and 2, at least don’t email the password to a list!

It is likely they were hacked many times in 2016, and most of these hacks were detected.

Wikipedia isn’t just a Crippled “Encyclopedia”: It’s Corrupt

2018-12-28 update: On the Thanksgiving Day, the Wikipedia page for Donald Trump was intermittently showing a penis in place of the President’s photo. Apple Siri displayed this picture when asked about the age of Donald Trump. Contrary to the MSM reports, that was neither a bug nor vandalism. This is how Wikipedia works. Leftist Wikipedia editors were permitted to switch the pictures. Apple, Google, and Facebook use Wikipedia as the main source of knowledge out of financial, economic, and anti-competitive motives. Wikipedia is choke full of such “mistakes.”

Pretty much everything people think they know about Wikipedia they heard from Wikipedia itself.  Wikipedia has become a cesspool of information that cannot be trusted as facts.  Amazingly, Wikipedia functions as a combination of tyranny, chaos, and opacity.  Anybody can write anything in it (chaos) as long as what’s written is in harmony with the far-left politics of its San Francisco management (tyranny).  But even in totalitarian countries the citizens know their rulers.  The portraits of Stalin and Mao hung in every public place of the countries they ruled.  This isn’t so in Wikipedia.  The highest Wikipedia hierarchs (Stewards and ArbCom members) are totally anonymous and hidden behind usernames like Ks0stm.  Wikipedia belongs to the Wikimedia Foundation.  The Wikimedia Foundation’s Board currently consists of eight members (1).  At least one of them (María Sefidari Huici, Spain) was appointed in open violation of the publicly posted bylaws.  The only publicly known person on the board is Jimmy Wales, the founder.  Other respected directors resigned or were pushed out years ago.  Only two among the seven board members are American citizens.  According to Wikipedia, it holds elections of its functionaries and power brokers but the election process is under control of a few (or even one) persons.  These kingmakers are also anonymous. Most of the popularity and income (in small donations) is derived by Wikipedia’s relations with Google, which gives Wikipedia abnormally high prominence in its organic search results.  However, the widely held opinion that Wikipedia is reliable on non-controversial subjects is wrong because Wikipedia regularly presents leftist opinions as non-controversial facts, making it hard to detect that a subject is in fact controversial.

Twitter Shadowbanning

Partial (i.e., especially hard to detect) shadowbanning of individuals dissenting from the Democrat narrative or disillusioned with the Democratic party for various and unrelated reasons is rampant on Twitter. Examples from early September 4, 2018:

Adam Carter, a cyber-security researcher opposing the dominant conspiracy theory of Russian hacking of the DNC:

@with_integrity was shadowbanned

Google AdWords: Fentanyl and Car Bombs are OK, Rifles are Bad

Google AdWords doesn’t allow bidding on certain words and phrase, except if an exception is requested and granted. Guess which word was disallowed among the following:

Fentanyl, improvised explosive device, IED, car bomb, jihad, rifle, RPG-7?

Rifle was disallowed, even in the phrase national rifle association! All other keywords above were allowed and approved.

Maria ButinaMaria Butina is totally innocent.

There was no Russian interference in the 2016 election (see the Summary of the Russian Interference Hoax and the DNC leaks related materials on my website) except for RT propaganda aiding Democrats.

Butina has been prosecuted by Obama holdovers and accused of spying without any evidence, only because she met Trump once or twice and shares the views of the National Rifle Association (NRA). She has been in prison since July, and pleaded guilty under duress.  Continue reading Maria Butina is an Innocent Victim of the Rigged Witch Hunt

Even The Atlantic Questioned Loyalty of Big Tech

15 Things We Learned From the Tech Giants at the Senate Hearings

The Atlantic, Nov 2, 2017

“Most Russian advertising on Facebook was used to build up pages, which then distributed their content “organically.”

The $100,000 of advertising that has been a big focus of Congressional interest was used primarily to build audiences for a variety of Russian-linked pages. In other words, they paid to buy likes and build the distribution channels through which they would pump disinformation.”  Continue reading Even The Atlantic Questioned Loyalty of Big Tech

Notes Misc

2018-11-06: Where I voted (Austin TX), the voting machines’ user interface is very counter-intuitive and inconvenient for older people. A dial for selecting checkboxes and buttons Back and Forward are intuitive for the Millenials, but not for senior citizens. That probably caused many of them to make mistakes, with the net effect negative to Republicans.

2018-08-06NR: Facebook blocks an ad of a Republican candidate, referring to her childhood in Communist Cambodia.

Imaginary Social Media Component of Imaginary Russian Meddling

The social media component of the alleged “Russian activities in the 2016 elections” was non-existent. The IRA, a.k.a. the “troll farm” in Russia, allegedly bought ads for about $100k; this is chump change and not even worthy of a government operation. Most of it has been spent on Facebook, and most ads ran AFTER the 2016 elections. Continue reading Imaginary Social Media Component of Imaginary Russian Meddling

Notes on the Fake News Media

Robert Graham: That [2014/02/05] NBC story 100% fraudulent

“On February 4th, NBC News ran a story claiming that if you bring your mobile phone or laptop to the Sochi Olympics, it’ll immediately be hacked the moment you turn it on. The story was fabricated. The technical details relate to going to the Olympics in cyberspace (visiting websites), not going to there in person and using their local WiFi.”

“By the way, the easy way to figure out where journalists commit fraud is by watching for ‘passive voice’. Journalists normally avoid passive voice, preferring stronger language. But, when they need to hide things, they passive voice to cover up details.”

This advice seems obsolete now. Just watch their lips. When the lips are moving, the MSM journalist is lying.

Russian Bears with Donkey Ears

The “assessment” that the Russian government hacked the DNC and leaked its emails was wrong. It’s almost impossible to attribute a network breach to a sophisticated hackers group.

When #CrowdStrike and FireEye started making the fraudulent attribution on cyber security events, many other companies followed. The Obama regime has corrupted and dumbed down the DHS, DNI, and FBI. They bought this fraud, and then added some.

In 2016, Hillary and the DNC were deceived by CrowdStrike into believing that Russia was behind the leaks of their emails that shouldn’t have been written in the first place. Together with Obama they forced that deception on the FBI and intelligence. Then they blamed Russia for their election defeat!

Most successful network security breaches are conducted by criminal hackers, many of whom are based or originate from Russia and Eastern Europe. Most unsuccessful attempts are conducted by amateurs. Organizations should protect their networks, rather than blame nation states.

Beware of “Internet Studies”

The corrupt academy developed a whole cottage industry devoted to conspiracy theories about Russian influence on elections in the U.S. and worldwide.

For example, the Oxford Internet Institute describes itself as, “A multidisciplinary research and teaching department of the University of Oxford, dedicated to the social science of the Internet,” in other words, a leftist mouthpiece devoted to internet-related misinformation and Russophobia. This outfit is a go-to for the fake news media when it needs academic support for its political campaigns. For example, the Wired interviewed an OII psychologist Przybylski in article intended to downplay concerns about the negative influence of some tech on human health and to smack down  Dr. Jean Twenge, one of the top researchers in this field.

The terminal phase of the Trump Derangement Syndrom – billionaire Demonrat and climate alarmist Tom Steyer, calls for a NUCLEAR WAR to remove Trump:

“So if the answer is that we need those three things to happen for a course correction, I’d prefer to move a little quicker. How about that? But I take your point. Maybe we can have, like, a nuclear war and then we get a real course correction.

Netflix is an illegal drugs dealer

In August 2017, Netflix (NFLX) offered for sale illegal marijuana all over the United States to promote another of its junk junkies-centered shows.

The offer was placed as an editorial article (an advertorial, in the professional slang) in multiple publications, including Variety (“Netflix made the point in its press materials that it’s not profiting off the sales of the product, which are for promotional purposes” — they should tell that to a judge), Mashable, Rolling Stone, and on Twitter.  Continue reading Netflix is an illegal drugs dealer

Obamanet Etc

Obama administration has passed mandatory net neutrality rules that force all internet users to pay for the Netflix internet traffic, whether they watch Netflix or not.  This subsidy transfers at least $15B of citizens’ money into the Netflix pockets each year.  The capitalized value of it exceeds $200B, which is higher than the NFLX market value. In exchange, Netflix made a $50M+ production deal with Obama.

Who said “corruption”? For the Demonrats, it is business as usual.

Mainstream Media – Fake News, Hate News

The current “mainstream” media is a legacy of the Obama regime. It does not only shamelessly lies, but also participates in suppression of the views that were truly mainstream before Obama administration.  It also colludes with the so-called “Big Tech,” formerly excellent technical companies that have become corrupt through complicity or under influence of the Obama administration.  Continue reading Mainstream Media – Fake News, Hate News

What a Study of Lobsters Teaches about the Democratic Party

Why have the Democratic Party, mainstream media, and other formerly liberal institutions been acting so crazily after the November 2016 elections? Why has the liberal dog allowed its far-left tail to wiggle so vigorously? One reason is that some individuals within the Obama administration and other powerful institutions have committed unspeakable crimes, and want to implicate as many others as possible. But reading Jordan Peterson suggested Continue reading What a Study of Lobsters Teaches about the Democratic Party

Motion to Intervene in Support of Obamanet Repeal

An axis of the Democrat Attorneys General, far left groups, and various opportunists filed a bunch of lawsuits, challenging the repeal of Obamanet and mandatory net neutrality.  These challenges have been consolidated into the case 18-70506, pending before the 9th Circuit of Appeals in San Francisco (ouch!).

I filed a Motion to Intervene on behalf of the FCC and the United States of America.  The Motion states that Obamanet and mandatory net neutrality violate my rights, as well as the rights of almost every other American, under the Articles I, II, and III of the Constitution, and the I, IV, IX, and X Amendments.   Continue reading Motion to Intervene in Support of Obamanet Repeal
